            How do I change my ACE trip number?

            If the trip is in Accepted status:
            • Send the complete ACE trip as a cancellation by using the Complete Manifest > Cancel menu.

                         

             

            • Search for the trip you would like to cancel, select the checkbox on the far left and click the "Cancel Trip" button at the bottom of the page.

             

            • Wait for the trip to return in CL status, which indicates that the trip has been successfully cancelled.
            Once the trip is in Cancelled (or Draft) status:
            • Simply adjust the trip number, save, and send the trip to customs
