My entry number is not showing up, what should I do?
Contact your broker and ensure they have filed the exact same Cargo Control Number or Shipment Control number as you have in your ACE or ACI Highway manifest.
If the broker did file the shipment with the same control number, ask them to perform a bill of lading update. If the broker filed an incorrect number, make sure they update this before performing the update.
