            My shipment has cleared Customs but there is no Deconsolidation Notice. What can I do?

            The Deconsolidation Notice is triggered when the warehouse operator submits the Warehouse Arrival Certification Message (WACM) to CBSA when the shipment arrives the warehouse. Please check with the warehouse operator if they have submitted the WACM.
